- I love music and this has absolutely everything to do with my Dad’s record collection. I remember I was told by my parents that they used to play Dire Straits to me whilst I was in the womb and that is why I am constantly drawn to everything about it. My taste is eclectic but I am a musical purist in terms of my admiration of the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Patti Smith and U2. However, there is no genre or style that I don’t appreciate even those cheesy pop songs! It is here you will find what I think is the next best thing in music, album and concert reviews and advice on mixtapes. Also, this blog will take an inner look into my personal style and what I think is different and interesting. I hope to show a distinct style that is for everyday. I heard that U2 produced 5 different copies of their new album, and now they’re playing Letterman for 5 nights? I love U2 and totally agree with the EverHype review that called Beautiful Day “Perfect” (read more music, movie, and game reviews at www.everhype.com/?utm_source=bc). But with all of this promotion, maybe U2 has a superstition with the number 5.
Yeah, I hear one version comes with an Anton Corbijn film with music from the band not on the album. I'll have to read that review you posted. Have you got NLOTH, if so, what do you think? I should post my review by the middle of the week but overall I think it is better than the previous two.
