Muse at the 2009 VMAs

I absolutely hate the VMA's mainly because the channel that created them continues to pull cheap stunts to get people interested and forget that the M in 'MTV' stands for Music. However, Muse were there and the only thing worth watching really. They put in an amazing performance with 'Uprising' but they were not on the main stage at Radio City Music Hall. There is also an unaired performance of 'The Resistance' which is pretty damn awesome!!!

So is everyone excited for Muse's new record 'The Resistance'... Well if you are you will be pleased to hear a track from their new record, United States of Eurasia (+Collateral Damage). The band were clever in promoting this by releasing it in 6 sections that were only available when you completed some online game on their official website which when put together makes the full song. Anyways, someone kindly put it together for us all to experience. What do you think??

2009 Album Releases: MUSE - THE RESISTANCE

One of my favourite bands Muse release their fifth studio album, The Resistance on September 14th. I've heard things is gonna be mega with a huge sound that is part electronica and part symphony!!! I can't wait as I've adored their past work and they are one of the most innovative bands ever. Also, see them on tour if you can as they are AMAZING live and they will be touring this year with U2 in September and on their own. I have a feeling this could be it and knock off Yeah Yeah Yeahs It's Blitz! as my album of 2009!
